Step 1
Flour pieces of chicken (flour, salt and pepper mixture), a few at a time in a paper or plastic bag. Place chicken in a buttered baking dish — do not let the pieces touch each other.

Brown chicken on one side at 450° F in oven, turn.

Pour combined soup, water and garlic over chicken.
