Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl stir together marinade with 1 1/4 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Add chicken and mix together. Marinade for 30 minutes up to 4 hours.
Step 2
Thread chicken with peppers and onions. Grill over high heat 3-4 minutes per side.
Step 3
Transfer to a plate and serve with lemon wedges
