Instructions

For the barbecue sauce

Step 1
Chop the onion and crush the garlic cloves. Heat olive oil in a pan, and add the chopped onion and crushed garlic.
Step 2
Cook them until softened and then add the remaining ingredients. Bring the ingredients to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer them for 30 mins, until thickened.
Step 3
Place the pork ribs in the barbecue sauce, and then leave them at room temperature for at least 30 mins to marinate.
Step 4
Put the pork ribs on a rack and place it on the 3rd level of the oven. Tap "Send to oven" to start roasting the pork.
Step 5
After it has been roasted, cover the pork with foil and leave it to stand for 10 mins.
