Instructions
Step 1
Chop dried beef into small pieces.
Step 2
Melt butter in a pot.
Step 3
Sauté beef in butter for a minute or two until meat is darker and starting to crisp a little.

Slowly mix in flour and let cook for a moment. Keep stirring! At this stage, it can burn fast!

Once flour is completely incorporated, slowly add milk, stirring constantly!
Step 6
Continue stirring until thickened.
Step 7
Serve over toast, potatoes or biscuits. Enjoy!
