Instructions
Crust
Step 1
Crush the kix cereal until it resembles graham cracker crumbs. I did this in a ziploc bag with a rolling pin but a blender or food processor would also work.
Step 2
Mix in your butter to the crumbs until they’re fully incorporated.
Step 3
Distribute evenly between your 4 glasses and press down lightly.

Step 4
Place your gelatin in a small bowl and add water. Mix lightly and set aside.
Step 5
In a small sauce pan, warm your eggnog until it begins to steam. You don’t want it to boil so keep an eye on it.
Step 6
Add in your bloomed gelatin and mix until fully dissolved.
Step 7
Distribute evenly between your 4 glasses.
Step 8
Let set in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Cranberry Jelly
Step 9
Place your gelatin in a small bowl and add water. Mix lightly and set aside.
Step 10
In a small sauce pan, heat your cranberries and honey until the cranberries begin to pop. Stir constantly until they have all popped.
Step 11
Remove from heat and let cool for about 5 minutes.
Step 12
Add in your bloomed gelatin and mix until dissolved. Reheat if necessary if you have a cold house but do not let it come to a boil.
Step 13
Distribute evenly between the 4 glasses and let set in the fridge for an hour.
