Instructions

Step 1
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
Step 2
Shred kale and cut sweet potatoes and cauliflower into cubes then add to tray with aluminum foil. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper. Then place into oven
Step 3
Cut chicken breast and season, then add to a hot pan and cook until ready then add to plate
Step 4
Boil desired veggies then add to plate
Step 5
Remove kale, sweet potatoes and cauliflower from oven. Add to a bowl then place on plate and serve
