White chocolate lined, with a plain digestive base, white chocolate cheesecake mix with a passionfruit & mango core, topped with white chocolate ganache and Ollys Pretzels new white chocolate pretzels 🤤

Instructions
Biscuit Base
Step 1
Smash your biscuits into a fine crumb and combine with your melted butter
Step 2
Brush each acetated ring with melted white chocolate and evenly disperse biscuit mix, pressing down firmly with a coffe stamper and place in the fridge to set
Cheesecake Mix
Step 3
Pour your Passionfruit puree into half sphere moulds and place in the freezer to set
Step 4
Place all of your ingredients in a bowl and combine with a stand mixer or hand whisk
Step 5
Remove the bases from the fridge and 3/4 fill each cheesecake with a piping bag
Step 6
Place your frozen balls of Passionfruit Puree into the centre of your cake mix
Step 7
Cap off each ring with the remaining mix and evel off with a palette knife. Place in the freezer until solid
Ganache & Decoration
Step 8
Heat the cream to boiling and add the white chocolate, whisking until combined
Step 9
Decorate your cakes using the ganache as a glue with your Olly's White Chocolate Pretzels, passionfruit and mint leaves
