Step 1
dice tomatoes and scallions and set aside

spread cream cheese on bottom of serving bowl and set aside

on medium heat, fry and stir all of the chopped meat until evenly cooked (drain fat)

then add both jars of salsa and stir; after all is mixed evenly remove from

heat and drain out some of the liquid

put meat mixture evenly on top of cream cheese
Step 7
cover top of dip with shredded jack cheese and then throw on diced tomatoes and chopped scallions
Step 8
bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
