Chicken Marination

Method
Step 1
Soak Biriyani Rice for half an hour before cooking
Step 2
Marinate the chicken using the ingredients mentioned in the marination
Step 3
Heat a pan. Add 1tsp ghee, add onions to it and sauté by adding salt.

Once the onion turns translucent add the chopped tomatoes and cook until it’s mushy
Step 5
Add the marinated chicken and cook on medium heat until water from the chicken comes out (approx. 10min)
Step 6
Add the grated cauliflowers and mix it well.
Step 7
Boil water in a separate pan and with a pinch of salt.

Step 8
Now add the boiled water and then add the soaked biriyani rice and 1/2 lemon’s juice
Step 9
Cover and cook biriyani on low flame for 20-25min
