Mushroom Pepper Masala
One of the most spicy mushroom dishes for you to drool over and try this weekend
Ingredients
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 10- 12 cloves
Green chillies - 5
Saunf - 1 tbsp
Dried Red chilli - 3
Onions - 2
Salt - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander - 1 tbsp
Pepper - 2 tsp
Mushroom - 250 gm
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Process
1. In a pan heat some oil, Add ginger garlic green chillies , curry leaves,Saunf and dried red chilli. Saute for 3-4 mins
2. To it add onions and salt, saute till slightly golden. Add the powdered masalas and cook for 5-6 mins. Add little water if required
3. Add mushrooms and cook in masalas for 7-8 mins
4. Add some more black pepper and coriander leaves. Give it a final mix
