Step 1
In the bowl of a food processor, process the sunflower seeds, cinnamon, ginger, lemon zest, flax, and stevia until powdered. Add the coconut, lemon juice, yacon syrup, and water and process until it comes together in a dough. Add the carrot and pulse to incorporate evenly.
