2 packschicken wings
halfed and trimmed
1 cupbuttermilk
1 cupcorn flour
1 cupplain flour
1 Tbspaprika
1 Tbsgarlic powder
1 tspcracked black pepper
1 tspmsg
1 tspcayenne pepper
Garlic butter
Garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Trim and prepare chicken wings
Step 2
Marinade them in butter milk for 30 mins
Step 3
Mix up your batter mix
Step 4
Coat chicken wings in the batter and set aside
Step 5
Deep fry your wings until internal temp read +75c
Step 6
Roast up some garlic then finely chop it up
Step 7
Add some finely chopped parsley to the garlic
Step 8
Melt some butter in a pan
Step 9
Add the garlic and parsley
Step 10
Drizzle over the cooked chicken wings
Step 11
Garnish with parmesan and chopped bacon
