Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and cinnamon powder.

Cut the slices of bread in pieces. (4 pieces per slice)

Soak the pieces of bread in egg mixture.
Step 4
Preheat the pan for 2 mins. (medium heat) Add butter.

Place pieces of bread on the pan. Pan-fry one side for 1-2 min and flip to the other side until done.

Repeat with remaining bread.
