Instructions
Step 1
In a saucepan, mix cream, eggs, sugar, flour and salt.
Step 2
Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add the essence and 3/4 cups of roasted coconut, mix well.
Step 3
Pour into cooked and coiled crust. Whip the cream with 1/4 cup of sugar and pure almond extract.
