Step 1
Peel preserved duck egg and cut it into small and long slices, arrange them into a circle on a plate nicely.
Step 2
Dice garlic, slice red chili and scallion. Heat up cooking oil in a skillet , simply pour hot oil in mixed garlic, scallion and red chili,, further add in light soy sauce, dark vinegar, salt, sugar and sesame oil to mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Simply pour the sauce mixture on top of preserved duck egg slices, and garnish with bean sprouts, ready to serve.
