Loaded sweet potato nacho fries

Hello operator, this is not your ordinary fries recipe. What’s great about loaded nachos but with sweet potatoes instead. The sweet potatoes are generously seasoned with a Mexican spice blend then topped with plenty of cheese, black beans, and guacamole.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat airfryer to 400. Toss sweet potatoes on baking sheet with 1 T oil and a tsp of salt. Roast for 15 min.
Step 2
Mix spices with 2 T oil and toss to coat sweet potatoes. Roast another 10-15 min until browned and crispy.
Step 3
Add black beans and cheeses to them pan. Distribute around the sweet potatoes. Roast another 5 min.
Step 4
Mash avocado with lime juice and a little chopped cilantro. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve on top of fries with sour cream/ranch/Caesar dressing, green onion, and more cilantro.
