Instructions
Step 1
Spread your avocado and hummus on your wrap
Step 2
cut your zucchini in thin slices and cut your carrots
Knife
Step 3
Cook (or don't if you like raw zucchini) your zucchini (I do it in the airfryer at 180 for about 6 min
Step 4
Lay your zucchini on the wrap and add the carrots and your spinach
Step 5
Optional but I like to roll up the wrap and put it on the stove for a bit so it gets crunchy! 💗
