Instructions
Step 1
Season beef with salt, pepper, turmeric.
Step 2
Brown ground beef.
Step 3
As beef cooks, chop onion. Add to beef.
Step 4
Add chiles to beef.
Step 5
Add water, butter, rice, and seasoning packet to pot. Boil. Reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes.

When beef mixture is cooked, remove from heat.
Step 7
Warm refried beans on medium-low.
Step 8
Preheat oven to 350.
Step 9
Assemble enchiladas. About 2-3 tbsp on beef mixture and 1-2 tbsp enchilada sauce. Roll and put in 9x13 pan.
Step 10
Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas.
Step 11
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Step 12
Add 2cups taco cheese and return to oven until cheese and beans are ready.
