1 packbeef polska kielbasa sausage
smoked
1green bell pepper
whole, medium, sliced
1orange bell pepper
whole, sliced
1yellow bell pepper

1yellow onion
medium, sliced
4garlic cloves

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1 Tbsptomato paste
1 x 14.5 ozcan of italian style diced tomato
2 Tbspwhite wine vinegar
¼ cupvegetable broth
or dry red wine
1 tspgarlic salt
1 tspdry basil leaves
1 tspitalian seasoning
1 Tbspparsley
fresh, chopped, to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Prep all the veggies and set them aside.

Step 2
Coin slice the smoke sausage-set aside.

Step 3
Heat the olive oil In a medium-sized dutch oven or saucepan over medium-high heat. (Be careful not to overheat!) Test the oil with a splash of cool water. If the oil reacts it's ready.

Step 4
Add in the sausage and cook until it's browned-about 6 minutes. Remove from pot.
Step 5
Saute the sliced onions, peppers, and garlic. Cook them until the onions are translucent and the peppers are semi-soft.

Add in the white wine vinegar and tomato paste. Stir well

Step 7
Add in canned tomatoes and broth and stir. Low the heat to medium-low and let it cook for about 6 minutes.

Add in worchesterchire sauce, garlic salt, dry basil leaves, and italian seasoning. Stir well.

Add the smoke sausage back into the pot and stir. Let it cook for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat
