Walkers Cheese & Onion Chocolate Chip Cookies (30 minute cookies)
10 steps
Prep:30minCook:16min
This cookie recipe is from the book, Cookies, Jesse Szewczyk.
This recipe has been tweaked a little as it was supposed to be salt and vinegar crisps, all I had on hand was cheese and onion. To be fair, they did taste nice, sweet and salty contrast works great!
I love this recipe as you can literally have cookies in your hands within 30 mins of baking time. Instead of waiting overnight, then baking the next day. It is a straight forward recipe and I hope you enjoy!
