Delicious Chicken curry with mixed vegetables

This is a perfect aromatic dish for those who love to try new flavours. Coconut milk and ginger give this simple chicken curry a Mediterranean taste.. Good with rice and roti.

Ingredients

750gChicken
15Cashews
coconut powder
1onion
1Egg Plant
1Tomato
green beans
optional
1Capsicum
4Green chilli
coriander
1.5 table spoonOil
2 teaspoonginger garlic paste
cardamom
3Cloves
1 inchcinnamon
1 ½ teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonred chilli powder
½ teaspoonturmeric
½ teaspooncoriander powder
½ teaspoongaram masala
½ teaspoonbiryani masala
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the Oil in Pan
Step 2
Add Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom and Star flower
Step 3
Add chicken and cook on medium high flame until oil comes out.
Step 4
While cooking the chicken grind the cashews and coconut powder with little bit water
Step 5
Once oil comes out from chicken add turmeric, ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 seconds
Step 6
Add chopped onions, vegetables and chopped green chilli
Step 7
Add salt, mix well and cook for 10 minutes covering with lid on medium flame
Step 8
Add all spices and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 9
Add cashew and coconut paste, pour some more water and cook for 5 minutes
Step 10
Add coriander and cook for 2 minutes
Step 11
Serve with Rice or roti
