Instructions

Step 1
Step 1: Cut your potatoes up into wedges. Add them to a bowl & stir vegetable oil in. (Other oils can substitute for the vegetable oil if wanted)

Step 2: Season your potato wedges with salt & pepper. Add flour to the wedges and stir good. If you add a little extra oil to the wedges it will Help the wedges to have a good crisp to them.
Step 3
Step 3: Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Bake wedges at 350 degrees in air fryer for 20 mins. Make sure to turn wedges over every 10 mins. Once they are done add your cheese & melt for just a min or two! Bacon pieces are wonderful on top too!
