Instructions

Step 1
Add all the ingredients in a long jar in no particular order except for backing soda and lemon juice. Mix well. Then add a few drops of lemon juice on backing powder to see the bubbly chemical process. When backing powder is fully soaked in lemon juice add it to the mixture and mix well again. If you want regular pancakes you may exclude the matcha powder.
