Instructions
Step 1
Peel a whole banana and cut into slices

Put the slices into a *tall* glass

Add your sugar of choice (I picked brown sugar)
Step 4
*OPTIONAL* Add caramel sauce if you want it to be a little sweeter
Step 5
Mash your banana slices into a mushy consistency

Pour your almond milk into your glass and keep mashing your bananas until they’re very small chunks
