3eggs
300gsoft brown sugar
200gsalted butter
200gdark chocolate
for melting
75gflour
50gcocoa powder
200gdark chocolate
for chopping
100gbiscoff spread
50gbiscoff biscuits
The Extras
Instructions
The Crepes
Step 1
Add the egg, flour, milk and salt to a protein shaker or large mixing bowl and shake/whisk to combine and no lumps
Step 2
Melt and pour in the butter and shake/whisk it through then set the mix aside in the fridge
The Brownies
Step 3
Preheat an oven to 200C
Step 4
Cream together the eggs and sugar
Step 5
Microwave the 200g butter and 200g chocolate together for 1 minute then stir with a fork til combined
Step 6
Tip the chocolate mix into the eggs and sugar along with the flour and cocoa powder and combine
Step 7
Finely chop 200g dark chocolate and add into the mix
Step 8
Lay into an A4 paper sized baking tin and press it flat
Step 9
Scoop in 100g biscoff in teaspoon sized chunks and press into the brownie mix
Step 10
Drag a spoon or knife across the surface in lines to distribute the biscoff in a pretty pattern
Step 11
Crush 50g biscoff biscuits and scatter over the top and press into the brownie
Step 12
Bake the brownie at 200C for 24-26 minutes til there is a slight wobble on top but not runny
Step 13
Heat a large pan to medium heat, rub some butter around, and pour in 1/5 of the pancake mix and tip it around to cover the pan cook until the colour fully changes on top and there are no runny bits, then flip and cook for another minute
Step 14
Tip out and repeat for the rest of the mix
The Burritos

Lay some ice cream, brownies, berries, more biscoff spread, crushed biscoffs, then fold the sides and wrap it up into a burrito
Step 16
Lay the side furthest from the ice team into a griddle pan to seal the burrito, then onto a board, slice through, top with more biscoff h by its and enjoy!
