Chicken Tikka flatbread

Chicken Tikka flatbread topped with a yoghurt coriander sauce & served with chips & salad We used store bought flat bread Chicken boti (1 kg chicken cubes) Marinate the chicken in: 2 Tbsp Shan chicken tikka masala 1 tsp red masala paste/peri-peri masala 1 tsp crushed green chilli 1 tsp crushed garlic 1/2 - 1 tsp red chilli powder (optional if you’d like it more spicy) 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 Tbsp tomato paste 2 Tbsp olive oil Salt & black pepper to taste Chargrill chicken cubes on a pan with butter/olive oil while turning over Sauce Add 2 Tbsp fresh cream and 1 Tbsp butter to the remaining marinade and allow to thicken on medium heat Yoghurt and coriander sauce 2 Tbsp double cream/plain yoghurt 2 tsp creamy mayonnaise A handful of finely chopped coriander 1/2-1 tsp fine green chilli (Adjust accordingly) 1/2 tsp of lemon juice Salt to taste Lightly fry the flatbread/naan bread with butter or garlic butter Place the chicken boti on the flatbread/naan bread & drizzle with the extra sauce & the yoghurt coriander sauce Serve with lemon wedges, chips & salad

Instructions

Step 1
Chargrill chicken cubes on a pan with butter/olive oil while turning over
Step 2
Sauce: Add 2 Tbsp fresh cream and 1 Tbsp butter to the remaining marinade and allow to thicken on medium heat

Yoghurt and coriander sauce: 2 Tbsp double cream/plain yoghurt 2 tsp creamy mayonnaise A handful of finely chopped coriander 1/2-1 tsp fine green chilli (Adjust accordingly) 1/2 tsp of lemon juice Salt to taste
Step 4
Lightly fry the flatbread/naan bread with butter or garlic butter
Step 5
Place the chicken boti on the flatbread/naan bread & drizzle with the extra sauce & the yoghurt coriander sauce
Step 6
Serve with lemon wedges, chips and salad
