Crispy Soy Glazed Chicken and Broccoli

Instructions
Step 1
Chopped head of broccoli, garlic, ginger and set aside separately.
Step 2
In a bowl mix your egg with salt and pepper and then coat chicken thighs.
Step 3
Next, drop the egg coated chicken in the corn starch and add to medium-high pan coated in avocado oil.
Step 4
Flip once first side is golden brown, repeat on next side.
Step 5
Once chicken is crispy remove from pan and set aside.
Step 6
Allow pan to cool slightly. Then in that same pan you used for the chicken, add back to medium heat and add in your tamari sauce, chili paste, sesame oil, chopped garlic and ginger. Mix until fragrant.
Step 7
Add in your chopped broccoli and mix about 6-8min.
Step 8
Add back in your chicken and mix with sauce and broccoli. Cook for 5-8 more min.
Step 9
Top with sesame seeds and plate with rice!
