Incredible Potato Salad

Literally the best potato salad I’ve ever had. You could also add boiled egg and pickles if you prefer. My husband and I will literally stand and just eat this straight out of the Tupperware.

Instructions

Step 1
Boil water in large pot, salt if desired. Peel potatoes (if desired) and cut into large chunks. Boil potatoes until done and fork pierces them easily, roughly 15-20 min. Strain and set aside.

Add all ingredients aside from potatoes together in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly, then mix in potatoes while still warm. Season further to taste.
