Ingredients
5 servings
Marinated chicken thighs
2 lbsboneless skinless chicken thighs
cubed
2 tspsalt
1 Tbspchili powder
1 Tbspginger paste
1 Tbspgarlic paste
1 Tbspfull fat yogurt
Butter chicken sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Add marinade ingredients together and marinate chicken thighs for 3 hours min
Step 2
Cook marinated chicken thighs and set aside, use same pan to sauté chopped red onions with a little bit of oil
Step 3
Add in simmer sauce, add water in 1/3 of the jar and shake to get rest of simmer sauce and add to pan
Step 4
Add 1 tbsp of butter and 1/4 cup heavy cream then let simmer for 3 min, I’d recommend adding 1 tbsp garam masala and 2 tsp kasoori methi too if you have them
Step 5
Add chicken back in and simmer for 10 more min, then add 1 tbsp of butter and mix to add additional rich/creamy texture
Step 6
Serve in container and top with cilantro or fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi), and some heavy cream decorated on top
Step 7
Add over rice or eat with paratha/naan!!!
