Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat grill to medium-high. While it heats, melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and stir for 30 seconds.

2. Add milk in slow stream, whisking constantly. Cook, stirring, until mixture thickens to the consistency of melted ice cream.

3. Remove from heat, stir in cheeses and add hot sauce to taste. Cover and set aside.
Step 4
4. Place frozen parties on hot grill. Cook for 4 minutes, then turn and cook an additional 4 minutes. Let rest 1 minute on warm plate.
Step 5
5. Place burger on bun and top with generous dollop of cheese sauce, a little salsa and some shredded lettuce, then serve immediately.
