Instructions
Step 1
Saute the onions really good. Should be caramelized. Add the rest of the vegetables and the tomato paste and cook until soft. Don't forget to keep an eye and keep stirring.
Step 2
Add the spices to taste and the baking soda and keep stirring. It will foam a bit, as it removes the sourness.
Step 3
Add cold water and blend everything. Then cook it further and add the wipping cream. Taste on salt and spices.
Step 4
Add the half of the sauce to your cooked pasta. Freeze what's left for next time.
