Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Cook ziti in boiling water until firm
Step 3
Mix Ricotta, 2 Cups Mozzarella and Pesto in a bowl
Step 4
Drain, cool and add ziti to cheese/Pesto mixture
Step 5
Cover bottom of 13x9 pan with half of the sauce, add noodles and cheese mixture to pan and cover with the rest of the sauce
Step 6
Cover with Parmesan and remaining Mozzarella. Cook for 25-30 minutes
