Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole

Very good addition to holiday buffet meal. Easy too. I made it exactly according to the recipe and it was great. Frozen broccoli makes this dish so quick and easy. I assembled it ahead of time for convenience. I think there are many options that could be used to create a little variety in the future like adding sliced mushrooms and/or some crumbled bacon, replacing some of the broccoli with cauliflower, adding some thinly sliced red peppers etc..

Idea: replace some broc. w/ spag. squash.
