I loved this salad!!! I did my own take on it (of course) due to not finding good quality produce at the store this week 🙄 I substituted mini cucumber for the celery and I omitted the onion (since one of my kiddos isn't a fan) but sprinkled onion powder on it instead. Then I added feta cheese. Soooo delicious! The only thing that could have amped this up would be cherry tomatoes or kalamata olives!
