These gooey chocolate stuffed cookie bars are soft in the middle, firm on the outside, and so so chocolate-y. Perfect for Christmas cookie exchanges, Thanksgiving dessert, and sweet snacking of any kind. They'd be great frosted and served as a cookie cake, too!
