Instructions
Step 1
Add the milk egg and vanilla extract and whisk
Step 2
Add the butter and caster sugar plain flour baking powder and salt whisk altogether
Step 3
Add half the milk mixture and mix
Step 4
Then add the other half and mix
Step 5
Fill the cupcake cases halfway and place a whole Oreo ontop then fill the cupcake cases with the rest of the batter
Step 6
Then bake for 20 mins at 170 degrees
Icing
Step 7
Whisk the butter and icing sugar
Step 8
Add the milk and vanilla extract and whisk
Step 9
Fold in the Oreos
Step 10
Pipe the icing onto the cupcakes
Step 11
Add half of the Oreo and your done !
