Step 1
Sauté one serving of shrimp over medium heat with garlic, 1 tbs coconut aminos, 1 tbs sesame oil. Sauté alongside thinly sliced bell pepper medley and zucchini noodles. Add the juice of one orange for flavor.
Step 2
Cook 1 cup rice noodles and strain using cold water. Stir in with the sautéed shrimp and vegetables, add in additional coconut aminos and sesame oil.
Step 3
Serve with green onion and sesame seed garnish.
