Step 1
Cook the noodles in salted boiling water. Then keep aside and reserve some of the cooking water.
Step 2
Cook the garlic (chopped) and ginger in olive oil.
Step 3
On low heat, add the noodle water, peanut butter, soy sauce, sambal oelek, sesame oil, honey and vinegar. Stir until you have an homogeneous sauce. Then add the noodles to the sauce.
Step 4
It's ready ! Salt to taste (with salt or soy sauce), top with fresh parsley if you want and don't hesitate to play with the proportions to make it your own recipe. Bon appétit !
