Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Step 2
In a small oven proof dish as tomatoes, goat cheese, garlic and oil and roast for 15-20mins
Step 3
When tomato mix has finished roasting add all other ingredients to a mixing bowl and blend using a handheld blender stick.
