Instructions

Step 1
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Peel and trim carrots, then cut in half lengthwise. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.

Spread carrots around the perimeter of the grill with the thin tips toward the outside and the wide part toward the middle. Cover and set a timer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, rosemary, garlic and ginger. Whisk in olive oil, then set aside.

Check carrots. If they have light char marks, flip them, otherwise wait another 2-3 minutes before flipping.
Step 4
When carrots are tender, remove from grill and toss with glaze.
