Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius/180 degrees celsius fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread chorizo on the tray in a single layer and bake for 10 minutes, or until crispy. Remove from oven and set aside.

Meanwhile, cook gnocchi in a large saucepan full of boiling water according to packet instructions. Add broccoli and peas in the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
