Mustard Mayo
Instructions
Step 1
To make mustard Mayo, combine all ingredients and mix well.

In a bowl add the diced onion beef and pork mince, egg, tomato relish and panko bread crumbs.

Step 3
Mix well, divide into 8 equal patties and flatten to approx 10cm.
Step 4
Spray base of air fryer liberally and place patties with space between. Cook at 200c turning once until reaching internal temp 65°C

Place bacon in airfryer and cook at 200°C for 5mins or until cooked to your liking.

Cut buns in half. Spray inside of buns with oil.
Place in airfryer inside facing upwards. Cook for 2mins at 200°C
