Ingredients
6 servings
24 oztilapia fillets
1 tablespoongarlic
1 tablespoonmustard
2 tablespoonsall-purpose seasoning
4limes
½ cupolive oil
1 stickbutter
2 cupsflour
½ cupfresh parsley
To Make All-Purpose Seasoning (If needed)
Instructions
Preparation to Marinate
Step 1
Combine salt, 1/2 tsp garlic, mustard and 2 Tablespoons of all-purpose seasoning. Rub and coat fillets and allow to marinate in refrigerator at least 3 hrs.
Step 2
Heat frying pan to medium heat. Add olive oil.
Step 3
Set aside a plate of flour. Coat each fillet in flour and place a few at a time in skillet. Allow to cook approx. 6 min on eat side until crisp. Repeat until all fish completed.
Step 4
Set fish in large baking dish.
Step 5
In a separate small skillet, combine 1/2 cup olive oil, remaining garlic and seasoning. Turn off heat and add butter. All to melt and mix together. Pour over fish. Sprinkle parsley and fresh lime on top. Enjoy! :)
