Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170’C
Step 2
Line a tray with foil and oil it.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (NOT THE ICING SUGAR). Give them a stir.
Step 4
In a jug mix the eggs, vanilla extract and oil. Thoroughly mix together.
Step 5
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until it is all combined.
Step 6
Roll the mixture into small golf balls.
Step 7
Put your icing sugar in a small bowl. Roll each biscuit into the icing sugar.
Step 8
Put the biscuits on the tray, allowing space for them to spread, and squash them down slightly.
Step 9
Bake in the oven for 10 -12 mins. The biscuits will come out soft but harden as they cool. Remove from the oven then allow to cool for at least 5 mins before moving off the tray.
