Step 1
First clean the okras, then half-fry them, and let them set for a bit. Next put the garlic inside a pot with a tbsp of sunflower oil and let them fry till golden brown, next dice 2 tomatoes and put them in the pot with the garlic, then add your tomato paste, ketchup, one seasoning cube, and add the okras in, now cover them with water and let cook on high heat for around 15-20 mins.
