Cut veggies in a square shape

Bring 3 cups of water to boil

Once boiling, add soya chunks. Let sit for 5 minutes until chunks are boiled

Take off and drain the soya. Wash it as well

Add 1 teaspoon olive oil to a pan

Add the soya chunks and sautee slightly. Transfer to bowl

Add 1 teaspoon olive oil to pan

Add garlic and sautee

Add capsicums and bell peppers

Add 1/2 teaspoon salt

Add 1/4 teaspoon soya sauce
Step 12
Add soya chunks. Cook on high heat

Add 1.5 tablespoons of schezwan sauce
Step 14
Cook and serve in bowl
