Step 1
Wash bok choy thoroughly; Dice some garlic and fresh red chilli (optional)
Step 2
Heat up olive oil in the pan, then put diced garlic and red chilli in the pan for a few seconds once oil gets hot. Finally, put bok choy in the pan to mix with garlic and red chili for 30 seconds- 1 minute. Finish up with chicken powder before you take it out to a plate
