MEXICAN BREAKFAST FOR WEIGHT LOSS: HUEVO CON WEENIE A LA MEXICANA 🇲🇽 This is one of my favorite meals growing up and it’s so easy to make. It’s perfect because it only takes 10 minutes to make and requires simple swaps to be macro friendly. The recipe is low calorie and low carb - feel free to add a couple low calorie tortillas if you have the macros for it!

Step 1
1. Slice vegetables and 2 fat free beef franks.
Step 2
2. In a bowl add 1/2 cup egg whites and 1 egg. Add seasonings to taste.
Step 3
3. Grease a pan with avocado oil spray and add weenies. Cook for 1 minute on each side.
Step 4
4. Add onions, Anaheim pepper, and jalapeño. Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
5. Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minute.
Step 6
6. Add egg mixture and combine until eggs are cooked through.
Step 7
7. Serve with sides of choice: 3 low calorie tortillas in video.
