Instructions
Step 1
Mix eggs well in small bowl add milk/cream if desired.
Step 2
Heat pan and melt butter.
Step 3
Add egg to hot pan and cook one side.
Step 4
Once egg is cooked on one side and most of the egg is cooked on top add ham, green pepper, and cheese.
Step 5
Fold gently to form omelet
Step 6
Move to a plate and serve with toast and sausage.
