Instructions
Step 1
In a big bowl add the flour, salt, yeast, lukewarm milk and water. Mix with your hands for at least 5 minutes (until a somewhat sticky and smooth ball is formed). Cover and let rest 24 hours in the fridge or 8 hours at room temp
Step 2
In a smaller bowl, mash (with your hands) the feta and mozzarella until fully combined. Add one whole egg and some salt and mix thoroughly
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Take the risen dough and roll it out into a circle. Roll the sides onto themselves towards the middle, leaving a space in between the two rolls. Pinch the two ends to effectively form a voat
Step 4
Fill the inside of the dough boat with the mixture and place in the oven for 10-12 minutes (starting to slightly brown). After 12 minutes take it out and add a an egg yolk in the middle. Place back in the oven for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Finally, add a knob of butter and (optionally) mix the filling with a fork. Enjoy!
